As the founder of the Sethia Group, Ben has built and scaled multiple successful ventures focused on long-term value creation and sustainable impact.
Under the property arm, Nexus Developments APAC, Ben oversees a portfolio of projects valued at over $340 million, delivering outcomes that balance commercial performance with community-led design. Through the Nexus Wealth Fund, he also facilitates strategic investment opportunities aligned with measured growth and capital preservation.
